He founded It From Bit Publishing LLC to launch his books and support himself as an author, which was a cool idea, but it turns out he has no idea how to run a business, or do anything besides write, really. Whatever happens, happens, I guess.

Skylar's Reawakening
My life has arrived at a point where I can either wither away slowly, suffering all the while as my spirit weakens before finally going out, or I can elect to take matters into my own hands and offer myself the mercy no one else has or will.
My name is Skylar Brown. Believe me when I say I never wanted this, nor did I think it would ever come to this.
Skylar Brown is a dream traveler on the verge of suicide. He’s given a fleeting glimpse of his destiny and decides to stick around long enough to investigate it, but doing so requires him to reenter dream traveler society, which he left behind long ago. Upon returning, he finds them embroiled in a burgeoning war against corporate media interests poking around in the Dreaming Realm. Joining their cause soon conflicts with his unfolding destiny, and he’s set on a course where he must choose between his own personal salvation or the well-being of a community he never felt connected to in the first place.

Skylar's Reawakening is a web novel being released serially, with a new chapter out every month. The first four or five will be available for free, but after that they will be available exclusively through a Patreon or Substack subscription, once I get that set up. I gotta eat.

The city of Boranassos is thriving in a golden age of art and science, though the beauty of it is lost on thirteen-year-old Iosef Fortunado. Underchallenged in school, misunderstood by his parents, and reeling from the death of his brother in a war he can’t figure out the meaning to, he spends his days skipping class and painting graffiti throughout the metropolis. Nothing seems to matter, until one day when he meets Miro, an escaped polar lion from the circus on the run after being framed for a murder.

To prove Miro’s innocence, Iosef takes the polar lion on a quest to find a legendary beast tamer rumored to be able to grant animals speech, but what they uncover and must face together is an ancient conspiracy rooted deep within Boranassos’ history that pushes Iosef to discover something worth fighting for.
